Since the house is located South of the Highway or the OCEANSIDE (not the Peconic Bayside), it's literally less than a 10-minute drive door-to-door to Cooper's Beach.

You will never sit in traffic going to the beach from our house, nor will you ever wait for a parking spot or park a mile away from the beach.

Cooper's Beach is located in the heart of the Village of Southampton, has two huge parking lots and a concession stand.

The daily parking fee is $25.00 or $150.00 for the entire summer season.
