Two Driveways, Two Parking Lots & a side Parking Lot

  • One of the best features of the house is that there are 2 seperate driveways, 2 parking lots and a parking area on the edge of the property. Back driveway has just been paved to accomodate more cars.
  • The house can easily accomodate 19 cars without blocking anyone in.
  • Parking on the streets in the Hamptons is not permitted between the hours of 11pm and 7am, so being able to easily park on the property and not have your car blocked-in is a major luxury. If your house has too many cars, the town police will ring the bell at 7:00am and make you move cars.

Front Driveway

The MAIN Driveway is over 300 feet long; hence the parking lot is NOT visible from the street.

Back Driveway

The BACK Driveway is located on a hidden dead-end street across from an empty lot.
